Nighttime Photography at the A. Max Brewer Bridge

During this years Space Coast Birding and Wildlife Festival I will be leading a photography field workshop. We will be photographing the A. Max Brewer bridge at night. I will be doing three workshops, Jan 21, Jan 22 and Jan 23. This is one of the many locations on and around the bridge we will be photographing. I hope to see you there!

    • Hi Jodi,
Thank you for your interest in my workshop. The festival runs for 4 days. Registration for the 4 days is $85. This includes some classes and some food at the socials. There is also a one day fee of $35. The field trips, classes and workshops have an additional cost. My workshop for instance, is $60. Also you may just pay for a workshop without registering. I’m not sure how that works though. You may register online here,
There are several good photography workshops this year. They have expanded the photography events at the festival this year. This is a great opportunity to learn some new techniques. Not to mention that its lots of fun! I hope to see you there!

    • Hello Wanda,
Thank You for your interest in my workshop! Check out my comment to Jodi on the costs. The first link is to the SCBWF registration page. The second link is to the page about my workshop. When? I am doing the workshop 3 nights during the festival, Jan 21 – Jan 23 starting at 5:30pm. Where? We will be meeting on the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge side of the Max Brewer bridge in Titusville, near the boat ramp. The sun will be setting, the lights on the bridge will be turning on. I’m hoping for a good sky just after sunset, to make a great background for the illuminated bridge. We will shoot there for a while before moving to the Titusville side of the bridge. There we could get the neat lights that people use for shrimping and fishing. Also a great place for reflections. We may then try to take some photos on the bridge as well. Our main goal for the night is to have fun! I hope to see you there!
